Jonah Hill – Maniac

Following appearances as a chubby man in Superbad (2007), Get Him to the Greek (2010) and Moneyball (2011), Jonah Hill slimmed down for his role as an undercover policeman who looks young enough to pose as a high school student in 21 Jump Street (2012). He then gained 40 pounds for his role in War Dogs (2016). However, for his co-starring role opposite Emma Stone in the Netflix mini-series Maniac (see above), Jonah lost more weight than ever by working with a nutritionist and trainer. During an appearance on The Tonight Show in August 2016, he admitted, "I called Channing Tatum and said, 'Hey, if I ate less and go to a trainer, will I get in better shape?' And he said, 'Yes, you dumb motherf--er, of course you will. It's the simplest thing in the entire world.'"
