Hannibal (2001)

While the ending to Hannibal is creepy enough (reminder: he ends up feeding human brains to an unsuspecting child), an alternate ending to the film is even more shiver-inducing. Rather than handcuffing Lecter (Sir Anthony Hopkins), who later escaped, Clarice (Julianne Moore) shares an uncomfortable kiss with the murderer, who then walks away and drives off in a van. See, we told you you'd get shivers.
