Chadwick Boseman – August 28, 2020

Chadwick Boseman's death at the age of 43 came as a shock. Although he'd been diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016, he kept it a secret and made several more films, working through his illness, including the Marvel film Black Panther, for which he won a People's Choice Award as Favorite Male Movie Star, among other awards. His illness progressed to Stage IV cancer and he passed away on August 28, 2020 in Los Angeles.
