Sally Kellerman received an Oscar nomination for her role as Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan in the movie M*A*S*H in 1971. She appeared in many more films as well as TV series up to 2017, but in her later years, suffered from dementia and died of heart failure at a care facility in Los Angeles on February 24, 2022. She was 84.
