Alec Guinness

This one may be a bit surprising, but legendary actor Alec Guinness wasn’t a fan of that galaxy far, far away, or his dialogue. “Apart from the money, I regret having embarked on the film. I like them all well enough, but it's not an acting job, the dialogue - which is lamentable - keeps being changed and only slightly improved, and I find myself old and out of touch with the young,” he wrote in his diary while filming. The ironic part is that he was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in 1978 for the original Star Wars film.
