Scarlett Johansson has always been a beautiful woman and she is maintaining her beauty with very minor tweaks. Does she or doesn’t she get work done?  It’s not that obvious in her case, which is why she is a great example of a good plastic surgery job.  It should leave you admiring her beauty and wondering whether or not anything has been done, instead of being obvious.

Comparing her current photos with those of her younger self, her nose seems to be slightly more defined, suggesting she may have had a very natural rhinoplasty.  A picture of her when she was a teenager shows a beautiful girl whose nose is a little fuller and wider than it is currently. Today’s Scarlett has a nasal tip that is thinner and more defined. Aside from that, she is unlikely to have undergone any other facial surgeries. Given her age, she is likely using Botox to maintain her youthful smooth facial skin and UV protection to avoid wrinkling and loss of skin elasticity, as well as formation of sun spots.

As for her body, I think she clearly had a breast augmentation. Her current photos show beautiful full round breasts, while older photos show a much smaller cup size.
