This couple met in 2011 while filming season two of the popular HBO series Game of Thrones. Kit Harington and Rose Leslie played on-screen lovers Jon Snow and Ygritte and took that connection into real life. There was some speculation the couple were dating in real life by 2014, but Harington insisted they were just friends. They made their official debut as a couple two years later at the Olivier Awards. In an interview with Vogue Italia in May 2016, Harington admitted they fell in love while filming in Iceland all the way back in 2012. They later got engaged and were married in a traditional ceremony in Scotland in 2018.
