Michael B. Jordan in Fantastic Four

Johnny Storm, a.k.a. The Human Torch in The Fantastic Four, was a white male when he made his debut in 1961's The Fantastic Four issue #1 for Marvel Comics. Numerous white actors have played Storm in various screen versions—that is, until Michael B. Jordan got the role in 2015 and broke the mold, proving to be an excellent fit for the film.
