The Departed (2006)

The crime drama The Departed borrows its storyline from the 2002 Hong Kong hit, Infernal Affairs – and even won the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay. Both movies share the premise of a cop going undercover in the mob, and a mob member going undercover with authorities. The films are very similar, but the American version was lengthened to add more details to the plot.
