El Camino Christmas (2017)

Check out this black comedy film set around the holidays if you're not a huge fan of Christmas movies but want to feel included. Eric Roth (Luke Grimes) journeys to the distant desert hamlet of El Camino, Nevada on a whim in pursuit of his father. When Eric arrives at the town's liquor store, local police officer Carl Hooker (Vincent D'Onofrio) misidentifies him as a drug dealer. On Christmas Eve, Eric is held down in the booze shop with five other lost souls, one of whom is his father, as events spiral out of control.
