The Brothers Grimm (2005)

Honestly, you could randomly pick any scene from this movie and chances are it scared you as a child. A majority of the film depicted scenes of children being kidnapped. Even worse, in one particular scene a young girl has her eyes and mouth sealed shut. Then, as she attempts to run away, a mud monster chases her down and drags her away.
