Always one step ahead

Disgraced doctor Byeong-gi (Yoo Sung-joo), player number 111, secretly works with the guards to harvest organs from the dead players. Those organs are sold on the black market and in exchange, he ends up asking the guards for information about the upcoming games. One day, in frustration when the workers won't reveal information about the next game, he becomes violent.
