Panophobia is defined as a general state of anxiety, a vague and persistent dread. In layman's terms, it's the fear of everything. Famed director Woody Allen has a well-documented laundry list of phobias, including of bright colors, sunshine, children, cancer, and the strangest one of all -- arachibutyrophobia, a fear of "peanut butter sticking to the roof your mouth."
