The second largest of the Hawaiian islands, Maui — otherwise known as the "Valley Isle" — is peppered with quaint towns and artist communities, and accentuated by the sacred Iao Valley, migrating humpback whales and the captivating sunsets on Haleakala. Megan Fox married Brian Austin Greene on the island in June 2010, while Paris Hilton, Oprah Winfrey, Owen Wilson and Justin Bieber, among others, have gravitated to its shores for beach vacations in the past.
