These amazing Pixar Animation short films are by first-time directors. In Float (pictured above), a father discovers his young son can float. As the boy grows, and they begin to get glances from strangers, he feels he has to hide what his son can do. In Kitbull, an adorable stray kitten and a lonely pitbull form a bond. Purl is the story of a ball of yarn who gets a job in an office where up to now, only men have worked, which causes her to change in an effort to fit in.
