This four-part mini-series is based on the true story of U.S. Army officer Felix "Shotgun" Sparks (Bradley James), who led his racially integrated infantry battalion's 500-day fight from Italy to Dachau to liberate Europe. The series is the first to use Trioscope Enhanced Hybrid Animation, a new technology combining state-of-the-art CGI with live-action performance.
