Audiences are most familiar with the first two Home Alone films, but there are actually four in total (and a Disney+ reboot on the way). The third film followed the same themes of the original but brought in a totally different cast playing new characters. Home Alone 4: Taking Back the House, however, saw the return of the McAllister family. Because of the small budget, and the 12 year gap from the first film, big names like Macaulay Culkin, Daniel Stern, John Heard, and Catherine O'Hara did not appear, and were instead replaced by Michael Weinberg, Jason Beghe, Clare Carey and French Stewart.
