Whoopi Goldberg was probably trying to recreate the gown Julia Roberts wore to the Golden Globes. But this questionable red carpet dress did not suit Whoopi at all. Pairing a white button-up blouse under a black strapless gown may have worked for Julia but recreating that look was a poor choice on Whoopi's part.
