Seacrest to host Emmys

American Idol’s Ryan Seacrest has been asked to host this year’s Emmy Awards. He told the Los Angeles Times: “I’ve covered the Emmys before from many different angles, and I’m thrilled, honored and excited to be hosting it this year. With my schedule, there’s always that final check to make sure I could do it all, but with the Emmys you make the time.” Seacrest also hosts a leading Los Angeles morning radio show.

   There’s no one better suited for the job, especially since Ryan has access to the biggest stars on television, the American Idols.

   i think ryan should not host them because his voice is like nails on a chalkboard, hes cocky and annoying and needs to leave tv forever.
