Check out this hilarious, tongue-in-cheek behind-the-scenes look at the filming of Sisters, called Sisters: The Farce Awakens, starring Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph (who does a Chewbacca impression – how good is it? We’ll let you decide).
They not only poke fun at themselves (find out why exactly they’re doing this promo with British accents), at the special effects in the movie and the physical preparation needed for this movie (or lack thereof), but also at the very important fact that Sisters releases on December 18 – yes, the same date as Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Whaaaat??? What were they thinking?!?
To deal with the crazy choice of release date, they were prompted to create the hashtag #youcanseethemboth. Are you going to see them both? If the film is half as funny as this featurette, count us in!
