Just as we begin the new year, resolutions start pouring in from celebrities who have set a new goal for themselves. Many stars tweeted their New Year’s resolutions and here’s what they had to say. On December 31, The Vampire Diaries hunk Ian Somerhalder posted an Allan Savory quote on Instagram: ”Lets make 2014 a Vintage year for humanity.” He keeps up with his simple message and we couldn’t be more smitten with the star. Demi Lovato retweeted a post from President Barack Obama:  “In 2014, we need our lawmakers to take #climate change seriously.” Miley Cyrus, who was one of the most talked about celebrities this year, tweeted: “IN 2014 I HOPE THEY START CENSORING DUDES NIPPLES #genderequality.” Forest Whitaker, star of Lee Daniels’ The Butler, tweeted: “It is the end of the year, take time to share moments, dreams, hopes and memories with everyone who matters!” Here’s wishing you all a very happy New Year from all of us at Tribute! ~Marriska Fernandes
