Toronto Comicon opens today and runs to Sunday March 17

Some of the celebrities from the 2024 Toronto ComiconToronto Comicon opens today (Friday, March 15, 2024) at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and runs through Saturday March 16 before finishing late in the afternoon on Sunday, March 17.

There are plenty of celebrity guests, including Gordon Cormier and Ian Ousley from the hit Netflix series Avatar: The Last Airbender, which has been renewed for two more seasons. They’ll be there for photo ops and autographs on Saturday and Sunday and will be holding a panel to discuss the show on Sunday at 2:45 p.m.

Anson Mount, Ethan Peck and Christina Chong from Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will be there on Saturday and Sunday for photos ops and autographs, as well as chatting with the fans on Saturday at 3:45 p.m. during a celebrity panel.

In addition, Harvey Guillen and Natasia Demetriou from What We Do in the Shadows will be attending on Saturday and Sunday; Tom Cavanagh from The Flash and Ed will attend on Friday and Saturday; and Eman Esfandi and Diana Lee Inosanto from the Disney+ series AHSOKA will be available on Saturday and Sunday. Also appearing are Mary McDonnell (Battlestar Galactica), Denis Lawson (Star Wars Trilogy) and Jeff Ward (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.).

There is also over 100,000 square feet of shopping for memorabilia, games, toys, t-shirts, original artwork, graphic novels and rare comic books; cosplay contests; comic creators, Artist Alley, and photo ops.
