In this exclusive behind-the-scenes clip from Fast X, lead actor Vin Diesel (Dom) tells us it was obvious that for director Louis Leterrier, it was “more than a job for him,” and that he wanted to honor the films. Leterrier delves into his personal connection to the franchise, and why directing the start of the final chapters has been so special.

With their journey starting 22 years ago, Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his family have proven time and time again they’re able to beat every opponent no matter the challenges they may face. Their most dangerous opponent yet has been watching the team for years, planning his revenge. Dante (Jason Momoa) the son of the Brazilian drug kingpin the crew took down a decade ago is ready to avenge his father while defeating Dom and his whole family. Dantes’s plan has the team scattered across London, Brazil, Antarctica, and Rome, but his end target is Dom’s eight-year-old son.
