Since it made its debut on December 15 in theaters, Wonka starring Timothée Chalamet has been the top movie at the box office three times, only slipping to second in its second weekend to make way for Aquaman and the Lost Weekend, before climbing back up to the top in its third weekend. The musical film earned an additional $14.3 million for a four-week total of $164.7 million. Click here to read our review.

The only new movie to make the top 5 was the horror film Night Swim starring Wyatt Russell (son of Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell). It debuted to the tune of $12 million.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom starring Jason Momoa took another drop, this time from second place to third, taking in an additional $10.6 million for a three-week total of $100 million.

The animated film Migration about a mallard family flying south also dropped a spot, taking over fourth place while earning an extra $10.3 million for a three-week total of $77.8 million.

Rounding out the top five again this weekend was the romantic comedy Anyone But You starring Sydney Sweeney, with an additional $9.5 million for a three-week total of $43.7 million.
