GREAT movie. One that actually lived up to all of the hype. Excellent final selection on casting, They did an incredible "original comic worthy" performance.

Spider-Man was a great surprise! I don`t always like the "superhero" movies -- but this one was smart, witty and a lot of fun! Great effects and wonderful performances by Toby McGuire and Willem Dafoe completed the experience! I`d recommend it to everyone!

Not bad. The ending was very corny though. I think the second one will be a lot better, as this whole movie felt like a "once a upon a time" story line, and the *real* movie is yet to come.

They got it right. They did not just go for the speacial effects alone. There was a love story with MJ. Good choice for Peter Parker. Tobbby is just geeky enough to be Peter. And he makes a good spiderman.

This movie was pretty good there is some parts I would like to change but overall it was pretty well done. Tobey Maguire played a excellent part in this movie and played Peter Parker very well. The custome for spiderman was done very well even though it wasn`t their design. The custome for the green Goblin was horrible it look way to big for Willem Dafoe and look very unrealistis. On a up note it wasn`t to sobby because romance movies suck. They ofcourse had to put in the romance part to please the everyone. The visual effects were very well done and show I thank the special effects techicain for doing a very good job. Overall this was a

Director Sam Rami captured the essance of the characters perfectly. It`s obvious that he took the time to develop the characters. The super powers of Spider-man were secondary. This was an emotional comming of age film first, and a super hero film second. This was the best comic book adaptation film I`ve ever seen. Spider-Man the movie has set the bar for new comic book films to aspire to.

The movie was terrific.WOnderful,Excellent,Fantastic.The actor,Tobey Maguire,and actress,Kirsten Dunst,were so cool.I like them and including the script said by MJ.The graphics were,without a shadow of a doubt,mind-blowing.Overall,it was unbelievable.I`m looking forward to the upcoming sequel.Go Spidey!!

I can understand how someone could say it`s the best movie they`ve ever seen because it`s possible that person just hasn`t seen very many movies. To claim it as one of the best movies ever though would hold absolutely no weight in the eyes of any rational thinking movie lover. I still thought it was a lot of fun though, I gave it 3 stars.

Spider-Man, one of the most anticipated films. It even broke Harry Potter`s box office records! I was lucky enough to see it on its second day out. Personally, I thought it was way cool. Some people say the cg sucked and some said that it wasn`t sappy enough. Well, I thought it was awesome. What do you expect from a comic book superhero? I don`t hear anyone complaining about Superman. There were many good shots and angles, the plot was easy to follow and the love story didn`t dominate the story...it was just the perfect touch. "Spider-man" is an awesome and definitely worth-seeing movie. The special effect and its graphics are marvellous and simply too good! Every thing flows smoothly, the story line is excellente. I would definitely recommend this movie for everybody who enjoys action-pack movie. Buying it on DVD in the future is also recommended...=)

i thought it was very disapointing. Toby Maguire did a great job, but I think there was a lot more drama, and a lot less action then was anticipated.
