I've traveled the world and the experience was at 3rd world country levels in cleanliness, professionalism and overall experience....I spent $80. For my friend and I to see a movie for the First time

I like the efficient way to buy tickets, you don't need queque for hours just tap your favorite movie in a machine and that's it!
Dirty and badly managed
May 16, 2018
There was no air conditioning in our theater, the smell was horrid and all the manager could say was “we were trying to fix it.” All we wanted to hear was “we apologize for not letting you know beforehand that we’d couldn’t fix it.” She was rude, arguing and unprofessional. She kept trying to argue that it was completely acceptable that the theater had no air conditioning.

I went to see the Arrival only to be told at the front cash that the movie at that specific time is cancelled due to theatre problem. But, there was no alert/message on the site and in the theatre. So I wasted my time, energy and gas. And, the worst is that there was no compensation for an unhappy costumer.
The worst Cineplex ever
June 15, 2015
It's so bad for Cineplex to have such a bad manager working for them, because this guy completely destroys the image of what a real Cineplex should be. The service is slow, people are rude but the worst part is the manager who treats with total disrespect in regards of the customers. Customers are ALWAYS right and that's the part he should understand. Stealing the customers paid tickets, scream and threaten them is the total opposite to what customer service is. He should go back to school and learn how to treat ppl. More, he should not work in a public environment and destroy the image of what Cineplex theaters should be.

This is a beautiful place to go see a movie and that is about it. The concession stands are only open on the main floor, and the service is very slow and they don't always have what you want in stock.
