Gridiron Gang Movie Synopsis

Juvenile detention camp probation officer Sean Porter (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson), along with another officer, Malcolm Moore (Xzibit), turn a group of hardcore teenage felons into a high school football team in four weeks. Confronted with gang rivalries and a bitter hatred between his teammates, Porter teaches some hard lessons (and learns a few himself) as the kids gain a sense of self-respect and responsibility.

In a world where 75% of these juvenile inmates return to prison or meet with violent ends on the streets, Porter and Moore face seemingly insurmountable barriers. No one wants to compete against convicted criminals, but through relentless pursuit and a jolt of inspiration, Porter and his team fight their way to redemption and a second chance.

Based on a true story.

Tributefan: Good story and a enjoyable movie specially for the people who were in that situation. One of the best football movie. 3.0 /5 stars

yeah yeah many people can say that its just another movie like one that was mdae before but guess what it does not matter. The point is awareness as well as change and I learnt a little bit more than I knew before, i mean gangs are terrible and hmm they need to be eradicated but the point it these offenders need positive rehabilitation. So the maessage of the movie is excellent, and it touched people because of the truth. In a society filled with so much hate, rage and violence there needs to be more inspiration, and more messages of hope that can affect some positive change.

The Gridiron Gang was a great movie. I liked how you made dwayne care about these kids getting in trouble. He wanted to make them not do wrong decisions and when you made the kids play football was great it made people relize that these kids aren`t has bad, because they made bad desicions. They really do care about family and friends, and thats why i really enjoyed this movie and why it is so great.
