Former military captain John Carter (Taylor Kitsch) is inexplicably transported to Mars, where he becomes reluctantly embroiled in an epic conflict amongst the planet's inhabitants, including Tars Tarkas (Willem Dafoe) and the captivating Princess Dejah Thoris (Lynn Collins). This was one incredible movie, and the lead actor was perfect!
not nearly as bad as the critics suggest - good special effects, but a rather weak plot. Also, the lead actor was horrible...a moe likeable actor could have saved this movie.
