The 11th Hour describes the last moment when change is possible. The film explores how humanity has arrived at this moment -- how we live, how we impact the earth’s ecosystems, and what we can do to change our course. The film features dialogues with experts from all over the world, including former Soviet Prime Minister Mikhail Gorbachev, renowned scientist
Stephen Hawking, former head of the CIA R. James Woolsey and sustainable design experts William McDonough and Bruce Mau in addition to
David Suzuki and over 50 leading scientists, thinkers and leaders who present the facts and discuss the most important issues that face our planet.
many panarama Visuals and smart lectures deliver the warning msg, but not enough about exactly what to do as an individual to help out. I dont like feeling so overwelmed and helpless. Fortunately, a group of friends share ideas to become committed to frugal life. The final credits of "an convenient truth" did an excellent job of involving us proactively.
A fantastic film that captured concepts that people are feeling individually but haven't voiced collectively. Some people feel Leonardo was out of place and perhaps he was, but at least it's a step towards mainstreaming green ideas which need to penetrate the rest of society, and if it takes Leonardo to be the character people can relate to then so be it.
I did not like this movie as much as 'An Inconvenient Truth'. I would have liked to see more scenery and actual happenings and maybe have the dialogue from the experts in the background. There was a lot of very interesting and true points raised.
