Ryan ReynoldsThe moment comic book fans have been waiting for has finally arrived – Deadpool is confirmed for release February 12, 2016, and actor Ryan Reynolds is in talks to reprise the role he originally played in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The announcement comes two months after some old test footage voiced by Ryan leaked online, sparking renewed interest from fans and a wave of social media pressure. Ryan was reportedly impressed with the response, telling The Niagara Falls Review, “It’s neat that Twitter and Facebook and Instagram can move mountains when used in the right way.”

Deadpool was first introduced to the Marvel comic universe in 1991 as a mercenary, and was given his own title comic in 1997. Deadpool became popular for being a parody superhero. Fans have been anticipating a Deadpool film since Ryan played the wily assassin in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and were disappointed with his short onscreen time.

Oh thank god. Cause there’s not enough superhero movies for people who remain children, despite all efforts to get them to put away the video games and grow up.

I agree too many immature wannabe ‘young again’ people everywhere. Cant they just act their age and wither like the olds of yesteryear? An old guy acting young is still old no matter if noone says anything to her/him.

That trailer for the movie Deadpool is so funny. Ryan Reynolds knows how to act very good as a comic hero. I can’t wait to see the movie in 2016. Movie tickets at the theatres is so expensive. They should increase the ticket price at Slivercity and Rainbow too.
