Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance

Lady Gaga has reportedly split from her boyfriend Taylor Kinney because she wanted “more adoration” from the actor. The “Born This Way” singer had been dating The Vampire Diaries star for about ten months, but the two are said to have officially broken up. In an interview with Amanda de Cadenet taped before the couple’s split, Gaga opened up about her independence. “[I have] begun to cherish my loneliness. I have, sort of, since I was around 20 years old,” said the pop singer. “I decided to pursue music, so I dropped out of school and I told my parents I didn’t want any money from them. I got three jobs and I just hit the ground running.” A source from the set of Shameless, the other series that Kinney stars in, believes the actor’s laidback personality may have been the cause of the split, while others speculate the eccentric singer was just too busy for a relationship. “The two most important things are her career and her immediate family. There’s not much room for anything else,” a source told the Chicago Sun-Times. The Grammy winner is now focusing “150 per cent of [her] energy on being happy,” and the rest on her career. ~Graeme Mollison
