a good movie!!bcause anna is a very good character and the king he is a nice guy!! hahah...very good movie..nice one!! This movie is very weird....... The movie was really good actually. I`ve been watching it for several times and I really learned a lot. I can relate myself to the feelings of Anna where she have that compassion to the people of Siam. And I can say King Mongkot is very good...I mean it`s not him that holds the law it`s the prime minister I think? Or maybe the counsil...thats totally rude. They kill people who actually good...that`s all... It was and excellent movie. I was taken by suprise; the only reason I saw it in the first place was because Tom Felton was in it. But I ended up liking it alot. It was a movie that resembled how one nation, unlike our own, which saw slavery allowed, death by beheading and war. It was a film about a woman`s place not in a man`s world, women were not recognized as sirs, as they were not bold enough to think women had much to say, they didnt wear the pants at those times. It showed also a man, who ruled a nation, had many wives, and children, that he was fearless, somewhat educated and was respected by all who served him. Jodie Foster, whom I met when I was 14, she was 15 in California, I find her work to be enjoyable, almost all her films were tremendous, except Silence of the Lambs, were horrid, not h it`s a very nice movie, heart warming love story ... |
