Trailer does not paint an accurate picture. Definitely not for young kids. Thirteen and up ok. Great 3D effects.
I hated the movie. I thought the movie would be a cute christmas movie but instead it was scary with some scenes that literally gave me a headache. I'd not recommend for children at all. Good 3D though...2 stars.

Not what I'd expected--it blew me away..I forgot I was watching animation! Loved it! I also realized I wouldn't be bringing my niece or nephew to see this--there were some pretty intense scenes that would prove to give them nightmares. I would recommend it to anyone 13 & up though...if they don't scare easily
