911 call: Alec Baldwin “unresponsive”

Alec Baldwin of NBC’s 30 Rock was rushed to a New York City hospital this morning after his 14-year-old daughter Ireland called 911 at around 12:10 from his Central Park West apartment, saying he was “unresponsive” and that he’d threatened to take pills. Baldwin, 51, apparently agreed to be transported to hospital when police and paramedics arrived, but was released just over an hour after being admitted. It’s not clear what Baldwin’s ailment was, but he was reportedly unsteady on his feet when he returned to his apartment building this morning. ~Alexandra Heilbron

Well, if he threatened to take pills, he would have no choice but to agree to be transported to hospital. Otherwise the police would have him transported to the mental institution for evaluation.

imagine the impact and lasting impression hes leaving on his little girl. This guy needs some serious mental health treatment and she needs a positive role model not some pill poping suicidal maniac of a dad.
