With a third Batman movie currently in the works, we thought you’d enjoy watching this video that shows how the Batman logo has morphed through the years, from the comic books to the TV series, the films and even a video game. I actually like the original 1940’s icon the best. It has that gritty, film noir-ish feel to it. Many of the others, particularly in the 1980’s to 90’s, seem too slick, like they are the product of a design competition. To me, they don’t evoke the same emotion as the original.
