Carey Mulligan marries Mumford and Sons rocker

British actress Carey Mulligan has tied the knot with another famous Brit. The actress, who recently starred in Drive opposite Ryan Gosling, married Mumford & Sons rocker Marcus Mumford on Saturday April 21. While the low-key twosome went through considerable trouble to keep details of the wedding from the press, Us Weekly is reporting the marriage took place on a farm in the English countryside before 100 guests. Notable stars in attendance included Sienna Miller, Colin Firth and Jake Gyllenhaal. There’s no word on whether Mulligan’s close friend Keira Knightley made the guest list. Mulligan and Mumford were engaged last August after five months of dating. They met at a Mumford & Sons show in Nashville. Prior to Mumford, Mulligan’s only high-profile relationship consisted of a year-long affair with Shia LaBeouf, whom she met on the set of their movie, Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps. ~Kyle Sharp
