Canadian actor Cory Monteith, known for his role as Finn Hudson in the popular television show Glee, was found dead in his hotel room in Vancouver on Saturday. Acting Vancouver Police Chief Doug LePard announced in a press conference on Saturday night that the 31-year old actor’s cause of death is yet to be determined and that foul play wasn’t suspected. Cory checked into the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel a week earlier and was due to check out on Saturday. When he did not check out on time, the hotel staff entered his room around noon that day and found his body. Cory had struggled with alcohol and drug addiction in the past. Earlier this year, he told People magazine that he admitted himself into rehab for substance abuse. After leaving rehab on April 26, he sent out a tweet to his fans: “Sending out big love to everyone. Thank you for the continued support! It means the world to me!” Cory, who was born in Calgary, joined the cast of Glee when the series began in 2009. He was dating Glee co-star Lea Michele. ~Marriska Fernandes

Very sad news. I wonder what the autopsy will find.
How awful! I never imagined this would happen to someone like him. I was starting to like him. It’s not fair for him to leave this world like this.
Rest in peace 🙁 So tragic.
No foul play but was it drugs? I wish people would learn (if it was drugs).
Someone wrote on a wall too bad it wasn’t Bieber. To that person, you should learn the word Karma. That’s brutal. Nobody except rapists and child molestors and murderers should die.
Death by unbearable heartache
