Gerard Butler searching for mystery girl

Gerard Butler is searching for a mystery girl who disappeared during the middle of a date with him. Butler, who was just named on People magazine’s Hottest Bachelor List, told the mag: “A few years ago, I went out with a girl and we were having a great time. I remember thinking, ‘I really got this.’ She went to the toilet, and I thought, `You know what? I’m also going to the toilet.’ Maybe it took me a little longer to get out of there than I thought. I came back and she was gone. So I said to the waiter, ‘What happened?’ The waiter said, ‘She came out and stood around the table and then she left.’ I ran outside and she was nowhere to be seen. I never saw her again! We went from having a great date to completely losing each other.” Butler knows the name of his mystery date, but is keeping her identity to himself for the moment.

   Well I could see why…she probably came back from the washroom saw that he was gone and thought that he left…but if he really like this girl than why wait a few years?

   I agree with Tammy. He has her name, so why didn’t he try to get in touch with her all this time? Obviously, he’s not that into her… It’s all for show.

   So let me get this straight… he knows her name…he is searching for her….but keeping her identity a secret…he likes her…enjoyed his date with her…and a few years later is starting to look for her….a little different from a cinderella story…the prince only had a slipper or shoe and went searching for his girl the day after the ball….butler has a name and waits years…

    I know how he feels. The same sort of thing happened between me and co-worker of mine a couple years ago. We were DEFINITELY into each other, the only difference is that I only know her first name, which sucks. LOL

    man i think he is totally gorgeous. maybe he only knew her first name and didnt have her address or phone number or last name? so he couldnt find her until he became more famous and now hes just saying it in the public hoping SHE calls HIM?

    This has to be a joke.
    If he was truly having such a great date
    and he was truly attracted to her,
    then he could have got in touch with her in MOMENTS to explain the mishap. If they were on an actual date, and he knew her name, chances are he also had her phone number and/or email. If I was her, and had to read about such a silly story, I’d be pissed and really think him a loser!

    Obviously alot of people think he’s a loser NotImpressed…maybe that’s why he’s been thinking about this girl that he went out years ago…cause no one else will go out with him…
