Harry Potter to host Saturday Night Live

Daniel Radcliffe, otherwise known as wizard extraordinaire Harry Potter, has officially been signed on to host the January 14th episode of Saturday Night Live alongside musical guest star Lana Del Rey. This will be the British actor’s hosting debut. Since wrapping up the final chapter of the hugely successful Harry Potter film franchise, Radcliffe has been busy performing in the Broadway musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He’s also returning to the big screen in The Woman in Black, where he’ll be playing a lawyer who uncovers the tragic and tortured secrets of a remote village. The film hits theaters February 3, 2012.
