Hilton rehires publicist

Paris HiltonAfter firing her publicist, Elliot Mintz, because she blamed him for her 45 day jail sentence, Paris Hilton has rehired him. Hilton, who has asked California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to pardon her, wrote in her blog on MySpace: “My friend Joshua started this petition. Please help and sign it. I love you all!” The Free Paris petition launched earlier this week, supposedly by her “fans.” What do you think? Should Paris be pardoned?

And how will this affect me tomorrow? Who cares about any of this chick anyway? She broke the law… pay the crime. Stories like this one are SO irrelevant. Can we get some better news on the home page? I’d much rather see the story below about the GLBT radio station than to see Paris Hilton’s vapid face staring at me…

seriously, she is a has been now. Let her go to jail- she still is a human being last time I checked and should be governed by the same laws as everyone else.

Toss her ass in jail. She was drunk driving! My bro-in-law was just killed by a drunk driver, if ya ask me, 45 days isn’t long enough.

NO! Throw her ass in jail! It doesn’t matter who she is – though I would lock her up even longer just for BEING Paris Hilton – she broke the law, and she needs to pay for that crime. She was driving drunk – what if she had killed somebody? Is that what it’s going to take?

When she is put in jail do you think she is going to be treated like a regular smuck? Come on now she made a mistake and she knows it. Now its time to pay the piper, she will do just fine like she’s been doing all the time. Money talks and the rest walks.
