Angelina Jolie must let Brad Pitt see kids or risk custody

Angelina JolieBrad Pitt with two of his kids at park has reportedly been ordered to allow Brad Pitt more access to their children or risk losing primary custody.

More than 20 months after filing for divorce, Angelina and Brad continue to battle for custody of their six children, aged 16 and younger. This week, a new court ruling has threatened to restrict Angelina’s involvement, while offering Brad the opportunity for greater interaction with their kids.

CNN reported a court order issued last week outlines that Angelina is required to tell their children and doctors that the “court has deemed that not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them.” She must also tell them that they are “safe with their father” and a healthy relationship with both parents is “critical.”

The 43-year-old actress currently has primary custody of the children. In 2016, Brad was accused of child abuse, but was eventually cleared.

A summer schedule was also outlined in the court papers, detailing how often Brad should be able to see his children in the upcoming months. Five of the children — Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne — are mentioned in the schedule, with 16-year-old Maddox, the eldest, exempt.

The children will split their time between Brad’s home in Los Angeles and Angelina’s home in London, where she is currently filming Maleficent 2. Angelina must also provide Brad with the children’s mobile numbers and cannot monitor or interfere with phone calls.

According to the documents, if Angelina refuses the court order’s demands, this “may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Brad].”

Angelina and Brad began dating in 2005 after starring together in the film Mr. & Mrs. Smith. They married in 2014 and in 2016, Angelina filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. ~Caitlyn Clancey

Jolie is a miserable so & so & she is holding their collection of foreign DNA samples hostage to get at Brad. Never liked that woman & never will.

It is unfortunate that couples use their children to hurt each other in a divorce. It’s not fair and it’s the kids that get hurt and screwed up ultimately. The children should be protected, not used as weapons.

Read what the definition of “ Borderline Personality Disorder” is and you will see Jolie.
She needs to have lots of attention even if it is negative and always needs chaos of one form or another. Her acting career peaked at Girl Interrupted and her as a Director not so illustrious either.
She throws herself into charities but doesn’t charity start at home??? Although one doesn’t get much press for being kind at home.
She is a beautiful woman but not so on the inside of herself.
I was so pleased when she and Brad parted and he has found his way back to Jennifer…now that’s Karma

never liked Angelina and this only confirms why. Poor brad for ever getting involved with her. You don’t marry crazy people. Sure she was gorgeous but at what cost brad? thank god he’s free of her now.

Personality disorders can go undiscovered through the lifetime of an individual if there are no trauma’s, And that is generally not what life presents us with:

Becoming a mother, raising children, becoming a mother of twins, losing your own mother…high profile, everyone noticing every move…

they provide a traumatic field of activation for which many cannot see their way through. Further, both she and Brad tend to act out their acting in their real life too. We’ve seen Brad fall for almost every girl he’s had a role within his career.

As to the Jennifer piece, she might be a haven for his broken heart, their connection with each other had deep evidence of low commitment and self-absorption in their careers.

Their personal stories played out in the highly focused judgement of the press and public must make every aspect of trying to hold it together – near to impossible.

Dealing with our emotions as we gain perspective with age, and life circumstances can assist us in healing old wounds, and it can also trigger these internal personality issues, turning one into anxious, tension, fear, phobic, lack of sleep, not eating, and ultimately distortions on reality, with OCD becoming a compensatory behaviour.

Triggers for these deeper situations can occur with the use of drugs and alcohol – all of which is often present.

Has anyone noticed after that “honeymoon” film about the raging couple, how playing those roles for the public turned into what must have been their ultimate de-story?

Wishing them space for healing, that this too shall pass so they and their children can live the lives they were given.

Wow…judgement much?? Remember there are three sides to every story. His…hers…and the truth. Consider the source – Tribute.ca discussing Celebrity GOSSIP! Not facts. Gossip.

Custody and visitation issues are problematic for many couples, not just the rich and famous. With their irregular schedules and unpredictable working hours, juggling kids and commitments is difficult. While I understand the requirement for Brads visitation, I think the requirement to tell the kids and doctors his lack of visitation is harmful, is punitive and more harmful. Sometimes kids take sides and just dont want a visit. Some parents do malign the ex partner and poison the relationship. The goal was to get Brad more visitation. He got it. Enough said.

    @Belinda:

Best reply to this article. Period. Family court, rich or poor, can be very difficult, and judging the situation based on hearsay and gossip leads nowhere.

It’s sad that it has come to this…it does sound like Angelina has been poisoning her children against Brad by hinting visits with him are harmful(if I am understanding the directive correctly that she must tell them otherwise)….never did respect the woman for embarrassing Jennifer A like that (altho’ if takes 2 to tango I realize)….never felt so sorry for anyone as when Jennifer had to give a speech at the Oscars and that woman and Brad were in the front row, and Angelina had a smug look on her puss…slightly off -topic I realize but indications of a not -nice side..what happened to all the “love”..to come to this..poor example for your children

I support equal rights. Fathers did not get equal rights to custody in the United States until 1983. False allegations of abuse are signs of something called Parental Alienation. The signs of alienation are well accepted and documented, and at one time, the psychology leadership presented a personality characteristic to be included in profiles of parents to identify this alienating behavior. A behavior that is used by both fathers and mother – but mothers significantly more. Guess what organization financed a financial campaign to stop the psychological world from allowing the terms alienation or parental alienation into custody evaluations. Guess? The National Organization for Women. With all the #metoo and equal ____ for women, the fact that men are still 2nd class citizens in family court is happening in someone else’s neighborhood. Identify and stop parental alienation. Jolie has all of the traits of parental alienation.
