In a recent GQ interview, Channing Tatum, 34, admits to drinking too much. He revealed that when sculpting at night, he liked to have a bottle of wine. ”There’s probably a tendency to escape. I equate it to creativity, and I definitely equate it to having a good time.” He then admits: ”I probably drink too much, you know. My wife, that’s what she bought into … I’m probably a pretty high-functioning, I guess, you know, I would say, alcoholic, I guess.” He goes on to say that he likes the feeling of the alcohol slowing down his mind. He also cleared up the rumors that he made 40 million dollars from Magic Mike. Tatum who invested in the film says that it was just an “internet rumour.” He also states that if he had an extra 40 million he would not make a sequel to the film or work as hard as he does. Channing Tatum will be seen in a handful of films including the upcoming 22 Jump Street releasing on June 13, 2014, Jupiter Ascending on July 18, 2014 and X-Men: Apocalypse which comes out in 2016.
