Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson split

Ryan Reynolds, 34, and Scarlett Johansson, 26, who were married September 2008 in Vancouver, have separated. “After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we’ve decided to end our marriage,” they said in a joint statement. “We entered our relationship with love and it’s with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn’t expected, it’s certainly appreciated.” According to a source, Johansson initiated the split with Reynolds, who was named Sexiest Man Alive last month by People magazine. Johansson, who’s currently in Jamaica with friends, has reportedly started hunting for an apartment in New York City.

The only surprise here is that their marriage lasted that long. I never thought they suited each other – just seemed completely different personalities.
Aww but at least that’s a nice statement that was given out to the public and I’m sure both of them will say nothing but good things about each other. It’s likely another one of those situations where they are both off shooting movies and don’t have time to make it work.

Big shocker here, not! Why do people even get married anymore? It mostly always ends up in divorce. Most Hollywood marriages never last. Some do, but most don’t.
As sad as this is, I would like to know who gets custody of all the mirrors?
I agree with Mandee I also don’t like her she strikes me as a snobby person (except in front of the camera). As to why stars get married good question, why does anyone get married these days they never last. They did make a cute couple.
