John Travolta and Kelly Preston are reportedly expecting twins. The couple – whose son Jett died 16 months ago aged 16 – are said to be “ecstatic” after learning they will welcome two babies into the world. A source close to the pair told Star magazine: “They were ecstatic when they thought they were having just one baby. Now that there will be two, they can barely contain their happiness. Kelly’s having the time of her life looking at all the cute little outfits and toys online!” John, 56, and 47-year-old Kelly – who also have a 10-year-old daughter Ella Bleu together – revealed last week that they were expecting a “new addition” to their brood.

well, time will tell if they are having one or two. either way, CONGRATS ! 😀
i think its great that they are having twins!
Are you kidding me – having a baby at their age. Come on, can Kelly really keep up with one baby, let alone 2 at 47. And John is kinda old to be starting over don’t you think? Don’t get me wrong, I am very happy for them – just thinking would they be having these babies if Jett were still alive???
I think they would still be having these babies if Jett were still alive. As for their ages, I do agree, but then again they have enough money to hire as much help as they need.
This is very selfish of them. That child is going to spend the best times of their life without their parents as they wont be around. John will be 75 when the kid(s) graduate. They are only thinking of themselves.
These days, age isn’t the deciding factor when it comes to having children. It doesn’t matter anymore. As for the child(ren) spending the “best times of their life (lives) without their parents”, what about all the children who had parents who had them at a younger age and have already lost one or both of them? Life is uncertain. All a person can do is make the best of what time they have left, no matter how long or short that may be.
