Lindsay LohanAlthough cocaine was found in Lindsay Lohan‘s possession on two occasions—once following a car crash and the other following the notorious car chase on July 24 when a small stash was found in her pocket inside the police station, the drug related charges may be dropped, according to TMZ.com. Law enforcement sources told the gossip site that there is a “strong possibility” the L.A. County D.A.’s office will not file felony charges against Lohan.  If the drug charges are dropped, she will avoid prison and get only a light jail sentence. Lohan has been cooling her heels in a Utah rehab facility since the July incident.

I wish this girl could see, the opportunity she is throwing away.

People would give anything to be where she is and she couldn’t care less.

    That upsets me

I’ve said all along that Li-Lo would be vindicated, and this is just further proof.

that is rediculous, she should be given a harsher sentence as she is a role model, the u.s. legal system is way too leniant with celebrities

i just find this dumb, why does the government drop charges for celebrities? just because she is a celebrity doesn’t mean she should be let off the hook since a normal person would have been put away for a long time just for the drugs, and she is setting a bed example for many people everywhere and encouraging other people to do it along with all the younger children that look up to her and use her as a role model.

They should have sent her to prison for at least two years.

I await with baited breath to she what she does next to screw up after she gets out of this rehab that she is supposedly in now…
What’s next kid? Going to kill someone? Accidentally run someone over? Let’s see what more you can get away with…
While normal people who aren’t celebrities who get jailed for way more than 23 days for dui’s, or drug related offenses.

I hope you count your blessings kid. You sure have someone watching out for you. If not angels, sounds like that d.a. sure is.

This whole thing is a big fat farce!
All they ever really get is a slap on the wrist and then they cry “poor me” Li-Lo is a troubled person, but jail first, then help if she’ll stay put long enough. If not, then kick her poor little rich girl ass into boot camp. A crime is a crime and I hate how there seems to be a separate law for the rich famous, a oppose to us – the poor and nameless. Then again, there’s always karma. And who knows what that’ll look like. Try to buy yourself outta that one, sweetheart.
