Megan Fox cut from Transformers 3

It looks like it’s official — Megan Fox will not be appearing in Transformers 3. Although she told People magazine it was her decision not to return for the third film, the buzz is that she was cut due to the less-than-flattering comments she made about director Michael Bay and the films after the release of Transformers 2. At the time, Bay laughed it off but it looks like she’s out, whatever the reason. So, who should replace her as Shia LaBeouf‘s love interest? One of the actresses up for consideration is Lost‘s Evangeline Lilly. Hey, she’s out of a job, she’s beautiful and way more talented than Fox, sounds like a perfect fit! Or maybe House‘s Olivia Wilde, who could be Fox’s twin sister, and has an upcoming role in Tron: Legacy. How about British actress Gemma Arterton, who seems to enjoy epic movies — she’s currently starring in Clash of the Titans and has a leading role in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time alongside Jake Gyllenhaal. No one should replace Fox, her role was painful to watch.
Hey it doesnt really matter who replaces her. It should be somebody with little talent, because Bay cannot direct anybody, he is the reason the franchise is garbage. Aside from some really cool fight scences both movies thus far have been extremely disjointed and hard to follow. But hell, nobody goes to a Bay movie for a story, just big bangs. Cant wait for Transformers 3 to be done and over with. What A HUGE dissapointment thus far
As long as they name the new girl “Carly” I’m happy with whatever face they add to the franchise.
Carly and Sam, it has a better ring to it than fox’s charachter!

I think its about time you all grow up. Transformer was a really good movie, my kids who grew up with them on T.V. loved the movie along with me. What is it with you all. Do all movies have to grusome and bloodly all the time to last or to hold anyone’s interest today. As for remarks to the director did you ever hear the saying “sticks and stones, may break my bones, but names will never hurt me””. People today takes things way to serious and to the heart. life is short live it to the max without the worry of what people would say. She did a good job as far as I am concern, if you think you can do better why don’t you give it a try, nobodys perfect. She acted the way she is suppose to in the movie, who said that she should have acted differently, did any of you direct or produce the movies-so how would you know what way she was told to act.

Gale on May 23, 2010 9:39 AM i loved the movie and i had no problem with megan in the movie, but if they are going to replace her anyway, i should have the right to voice who i would prefer to take her spot. we are all grown up, just because we have differing opinions than you doesnt mean we arent adults. and WE didnt tell the director to cut megan for picking on him, if thats why he cut her he has every right with how rude she was about him. HE is the only reason anyone knows who this girl is, its called dont bite the hand that feeds you. i think most of us WOULD give it a try and take her spot, if we were offered the part. unfortunately most REAL live people these days dont only weigh 10lbs and look like a hooker. YOU sound like you “take things way to serious and to the heart” with the way you are reacting to this article and the comments.

Megan Fox should be in the third movie. She went through all the rush and rough-ness with Shia in the other two, no one else would look as good as Mikaela in the third. If they had to replace her, either Olivia or Ashley.
Well Shia Labeuf isn’t very tall so it can’t be Evangelina Lily or Gemma Aterton. Megan was his height.. so maybe his gf? Carey Mulligan or whatever?
Who cares what she went through. Bottom line is that she cant act and she has an attitude problem!!! This franchise went down after the first movie anyway
