More Sex and the City planned

Right off the (not so surprising) mega success of the big screen version of the beloved Sex and the City series, HBO announced on Thursday that fans won’t have to wait long to see their favourite fashionistas in the theater again. A sequel is already in the works says head of HBO programming on the west coast, Michael Lombardo. He told OK! magazine that “there is enormous interest by Warner Brothers Newline to do another Sex and the City, and I think, in fact, they’re trying with our help to put that together now. I think everybody associated with that project was really heartened by the enthusiasm from the fans of our show.” Lombardo also let it slip that Sarah Jessica Parker is set to produce another show for HBO, but gave no other details.
