Martin Sheen – Apocalypse Now

One of the more infamous on-set injuries (if you consider this one) is Martin Sheen's heart attack during filming of Francis Ford Coppola's Vietnam War epic Apocalypse Now. In the early morning of March 1, 1977, Sheen began to experience severe chest pains during production of the film in the Philippines. After daybreak, Sheen made his way out of his room and went to the local highway where he took a bus to the film's production office. After arriving, he was rushed to the hospital as he had suffered a serious heart attack.
