The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (2015)

Fans of spy films were in for quite a treat in 2015 as the year offered a number of fantastic options. The year kicked off with Kingsman: The Secret Service and ended off with Spectre. Sandwiched in the middle of the year were Paul Feig's Spy, the fifth Mission: Impossible entry Rogue Nation, and Guy Ritchie's film adaptation of the TV series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Each film offered a unique take on the spy genre, and were each received relatively well, but The Man from U.N.C.L.E. was the only film to do poorly at the box office. Where Warner Bros. went wrong with the film was releasing it at the tail end of a summer season that was heavily congested with competitors. Had it been given a more favorable release date we would no doubt have been treated to further sequels.
