The Wolverine (2013) – Original Costume Teaser

Now admittedly, this scene is nothing more than fan service and a fun nod to the character's comic origins that doesn't fundamentally change anything about the film or character. However, after 13 years of the film franchise vehemently avoiding the comic character's iconic costume, it was a nice change to see that The Wolverine at least teased the idea. Though ultimately the character would go on to sport a different look in 2014's X-Men: Days of Future Past and the comic accurate costume was never brought up again, at least X-Men fans had this deleted scene to show that it exists somewhere out there.
